ESMESLASHCOLLECTION LLC does not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once the order has been placed, is in transit, or has been delivered by the carrier. 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you believe you received a defected item that is unusable, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for review.

To submit a defective item claim, please email:

your email must include:

  1. Your Full Name
  2. Best contact method (email or text)
  3. Order Number
  4. A clear description of the defective item
  5. Clear Photos and/or video of the defected item.

Shipping Damage 

ESMESLASHCOLLECTION LLC is not responsible for items damaged during transportation. All orders are carefully packaged and ensure safe delivery. Any damage caused by the shipping carrier is beyond our control.
